T-Shape vs. C-Shape: Which Patented Profile is Right for Your Conveyor?

Published: May 23, 2026 | Dezhou Jiasheng Engineering Team

Choosing the right guide profile is critical for chain longevity. Our CNIPA-patented series offers two distinct approaches: the T-Shape (ETA) and the C-Shape (CTS).

The T-Shape (Series T1, T2, T3)

Our T-shaped profiles are the industry standard for open conveyor systems. They provide excellent support for single and multi-strand roller chains (08B, 12B, 16B). The open design allows for easy cleaning and inspection.

The C-Shape (CTS Series)

The CTS series features taller side walls that 'embrace' the chain. This is the superior choice for high-speed lines or vertical inclines where chain jumping must be prevented. The deeper retention walls ensure the chain stays perfectly aligned even under lateral tension.
